 DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANYS OPERATIONS

The Music Studio Bar will be dealing with two major operations, the music studio and the
bar. The MSB’s music studio will start its operation at 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon
consecutively, the bar will start its operation at 5 in the afternoon until 1 am. MSB’s Music
studio bar can be a place for leisure in a limited time, a recording studio and a learning center
for those who want to learn how to play different instruments. MSB’s bar will be as is, a usual
bar with Fridays and seasonal gigs and competitions, place of leisure and party house with
limited age. MSB strictly prohibits the entrance of any drug substances in the vicinity.
For MSB’s music studio offers three services in different ways. For those customers who
only want to chill out and try to play instruments, there is a limited time wherein additional
payment will be added for every hour of stay. For those customers who will do the recordings
and music albums, projects with regards to recording, they can have an advance
accommodation to free the place at the point of recording and of course with a corresponding
price/payment. Lastly, those customers who want to learn how to play instruments and the
basics of singing and notations, they will be taught at a certain time span depending on the
customer/s interest/want. The 3 aforementioned services being offered by MSB’s music studio
is open from age 5 with parent’s consent and guidance. Payments for the first two services
(leisure and recordings) will be actual while tutorials will have either pre-payments or through
bank accounts.
For MSB’s Bar, gate will be strict for drugs and other substances by having double gate
checkers, a technology-enhanced security and a security guard. Minors are not allowed to enter
the bar. MSB’s bar will also sell manufactured foods and beverages. The highlight of the bar are
the Fridays and seasonal band shows/gigs and competitions.
