to be negotiated are as follows:

Aside from these services, the Agency will be performing regular monitoring
to our security personnel detailed at your premises through our designated
inspectors and supervisors.

This is conducted to ensure compliance of the guards with your company’s


security requirements as well as the rules and regulations.

Our Security personnel will be entitled to statutory benefits such as 13 th


month pay and 5 days service incentive the employer’s share of the
SSS/PHILHEALTH and Pag-ibig Contributions will be remitted to government
agencies concerned in the employee’s behalf. As we do not shortchange the
employees we assure you that they are highly motivated and disciplined.

thorough training and retraining of its security guards.

GENERAL PLAN IN PROVIDING SERVICES
1. SECURITY GUARD’S CREDENTIALS.

The Agency will provide highly competent and well-trained security


personnel who possess the following qualifications:

a. College level/graduate or at least high school graduate, alert and


are capable of acting independently in any unusual or emergency
situations;

b. Must have passed the Neuro-examination & Drug Test given by


valid PNP Test Center, thorough familiar and trained with proper
use and care of service firearm;

c. Firm and courteous in dealing with other persons. Must be wear


the prescribed uniform during tour of duty and must be able to
speak read and understand tagalong and English;

d. Must possess valid security license by the PNP SOSIA and


training center for security personnel; and

e. Must be trustworthy, honest and highly dedicated to his work.

2. COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT.

The Agency assumes the responsibility of giving just compensation on


the services of its guards, subscription, compliance and payment SSS,
Philhealth, Pag-Ibig EC Premium in guards favor with the clients cooperation
and consideration and security guards shall be paid in schedule.

3. SECURITY AND SAFETY FUNCTIONS.

a. Fire/Disaster Control - thus ensuring their awareness in


responding to safety requirements and to respond appropriately to
emergency situation.
b. Access & Movement Control - thus limiting access to sensitive
areas and facilities on the need basis.

c. Checking of Incoming/Outgoing Visitors, Supplies, Materials


and Related Assets - thus providing your establishment of perpetual
monitoring and recording of assets movements.

4. FUNCTIONS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

The mission of ANNAPOLIS SECUIRTY is to maintain peace order and


discipline within the premises of the client protect and safeguard the client’s
properties and interests from theft, pilferage, damage, vandalism, arson and
other unlawful acts. To accomplish this mission, ANNAPOLIS SECURITY has
been organized so as to be able to perform the various security functions
indicated below:

a. Perimeter Security;
b. Personnel Identification;
c. Control of Restricted areas;
d. Basic Physical Security of the Building, Premises and facilities;
e. Pedestrian and Vehicles traffic control;
f. Crowd and Riot control;
g. Crime Prevention, Detection, Incident Investigation and Evidence
Collection;
h. Disaster Area Control; and
i. Security of Company VIPs and Special Events.

5. EQUIPMENTS CAPABILITY.

The Agency maintains adequate number of firearm of various types


and with sufficient numbers of ammunitions. We usually issue 9mm Caliber
Pistol and Shotgun 12ga. to security guards on post. Other defense
equipment such as tear gas, first aid kits, raincoats, handcuff, Metal
detector, riot shield, truncheon, and etc, shall be provided, if the need
arises.

6. COMMUNICATION CAPABILTY.

The Agency operation center within the heart of manila is open round
the clock and can easily be contacted by security guards deployed in the
field in case of emergencies anytime thru telephone, radio and cellular
phone.

7. TRANSPORTATION CAPABILITY.

The Agency is serviceable equipped with patrol motor vehicle that we


utilize in providing security services especially conducted round the clock
inspection to our security guards by roving officers/inspectors to keeps them
always on alert.

8. LIABILITY.

The ANNAPOLIS SECURITY assume full responsibility/liability and


agrees and binds to indemnity the CLIENT for any loss, damage, destruction
and injury that maybe incurred within the premises being secured which are
attributable to the negligence, fault, laxity, or misconduct of the Agency or
its security guards resulting theft, pilferage, robbery, arson and unlawful act.
Only similar issue, which save when such loss or damage is clearly
established to be due to fortuitous and unforeseen events or acts of God.

DETAILS OF SECURITY SERVICES


Since most of the losses incurred by business and government entities
are due to the negligence and laxity of less experience and untrained
security guards. We can help our clients minimize if not totally eradicate
such occurrences in their areas of operations by providing them with
effective and reliable security measures.

Thus, the details of our security services in accordance with


implementing rules and regulations of the PNP SUPERVISORY OFFICE FOR
SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIONS AGENCIES (PNP SOSIA)areas follows:

1. The security guards to be assigned to our clients shall be in


complete uniform, provide with duly licensed and reliable firearms
and ammunitions, and duty detail order by our agency’s authorized
Operations personnel;

2. To effect maximum efficiency and ensure excellent performance of


the guards while on official duty, the Agency has a field Inspectors
and Supervisors who will regularly check and inspect them;
3. Any security guard who does not meet our clients desired standard
of service shall be replaced upon receipt of the latter’s written or
verbal request;

4. Any logbook shall be provided and maintained containing names of


security guards on duty their time of arrival and departure and the
official remarks in connection with their duties and responsibilities.
The said logbook shall be ready for inspection by Clients authorized
representative and our own designated officers;

5. Incase of guard’s absence or other emergencies our Agency has


enough reserves guards for such occurrences;

6. Our guards, officers and staff have undergone neuro-psychiatric


examination at test center duly accredited by the PNP SOSIA as
basic requirements prior to their employment.

ANNAPOLIS Security, aside from our Security and briefing, we also top refutable security
training school for our security recruitment. Prior to posting of qualified guards, they are
required to attend one day security orientation of our client and agency policy as well as to
remind them of the duties and responsibilities as guard.

Our guards undergone special training on first Aid and rescue, conducted by a highly
trained inspector, accredited by the PNP SOSIA, Philippine National Red Cross and
member of the Disaster Reserved Rescue Unit (DRRU) of the AFP.
