F. Overview, Rationale and Objectives

The one classroom of Academic Building (DPWH) of Sto. Niño Elementary School need repair/
installation of security grills for doors and windows to safe keep things inside the classroom such as computers,
printer, projectors and other school properties. MOOE allocation in our school will be utilized for the said repair
and installation of security grills for the Academic Building (DPWH)

G. Goal and Scope/Beneficiaries

This project aims to repair/ install security door and window grills of the 1 classroom of Academic
Building (DPWH).

1. Prepare and submit Project Proposal, Program of Work and 3rd-4th Week of March, 2016
other documents to the Division Office for approval
2. Implementation of the project 3rd Week of April, 2016

VI. Rationale

RA 10588 also known as the Palarong Pambabsa Act of 2013 includes pupil’s development activities such
as Intramurals, District, Division, Regional and Palarong Pambansa Athletic Meet.

This activity is premised on the idea of pupil’s holistic development through proper balance of Academic
and Co-curricular activities like sports competition.

For this school year, Felipe P. Panton Elementary School formerly Inoyonan ES is the host in Sector Meet,
the District Meet is in Palsong Elementary School.

VII. Project Objective

1. To develop skills, sportsmanship and camaraderie of the pupils.


2. To produce and develop best athletes for higher athletic competition.
