questions.

● Composed a letter head for the school and got it proved by the Dean to take my fundraising efforts to local
business (because the school is a non profit 501 (c) 3 which allows business to donate food, or gift cards and
get a tax right off for it with helping a good cause) in my efforts I raised $2500 dollars and was able to put on
my event for the family.
● Before the event I prepared field trip forms, met with the guardians of the children, secured a licensed bus
driver, made reservations for all attendees for breakfast and lunch for the day of the event, and gathered other
supplies needed.
● The event itself I organized volunteers into teams of 3 with one child per team, put one person in charge of
each group and gave that person a portion of the money to allow the children to shop for things they wanted
and needed for Christmas.
● After the day was complete I had volunteers wrap all of the items shopped for and sent them home with the
children.
