Dear Ma’am:

Let me take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks and deepest

appreciation to you, ma’am, for giving me the opportunity to be of service to the
government. I feel proud that I became part of the Provincial Government of
Albay under your leadership.

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as

Administrative Aide I (Job Order) at the Provincial Legal Office. My resignation
is to take effect at the closing of the office hours of May 15, 2018. The reason
for which is for me to prepare for the 2018 Bar examination.
