c. Good – 3 : Clear introduced and overview the topic
d. Average – 2 : Introduction is introduced and somewhat discussed.
e. Poor –1 : Introduction is introduced and somewhat is irrelevant.
f. Very poor – 0 : No introduction.
c) Conclusion = 5 marks
a. Exemplary – 5 : Conclusion is presented outstandingly clear, and demonstrated
the ability to related to the whole work to course outcome
b. Excellent – 4: Conclusion is presented clearly, and demonstrated the ability to
relate to the introduction part of the work
c. Good – 3 : Conclusion is presented clearly
d. Average – 2: Conclusion is moderately presented.
e. Poor – 1: Conclusion is irrelevant.
f. Very poor – 0: No conclusion is presented
d) References = 2 marks
a. Good – 2 : References is presented with a good and acceptable format, and
cross referred to the whole work
b. Poor – 1 : References is presented with poor format, and not all are cross referred
c. Very poor – 0 : No references is presented.
e) Communication skills – written report = 3 marks
a. Excellent – 3 : Work is presented clearly, effectively, and logically. Very smooth
flow of ideas and expression. Very good command of English.
b. Average – 2 : Work is presented moderately clear, effective and logic.
Demonstrate an attempt to be confident in communicating ideas, yet minor error
in English usage
c. Poor – 1 : Work is presented poorly, lack of clear, effective and logical flow of
ideas. Major error in English usage.
d. Very poor: 0 – Ideas are not communicated, either through writing or illustrations.
Very poor use of English Language.

QUESTION
Based on a state in Malaysia pre-selected for you, write a report on how the water treatment
process is carried out in that state. Your report must contain at least : which should include:
1. A map showing the geographical location of the state and the available raw water
sources for the state.
2. The issues or problems relating to clean water supply in that state.
3. The authority responsible for developing, supplying and managing clean water to end
users in the state.
4. The sources of raw water which the state used for water treatment.
5. The raw water treatment process applied the state.
