Greetings of Peace!

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the opportunity you have given me to
join the educational trip to Bali, Indonesia. The experience is truly a fulfiling one and I
have learned a lot about Balinese culture as well as building camaraderie with my
teammates.

In line with this, I would like to request to use my three offset dates of the trip on
October 29 to 31, 2018. I will be going for a personal trip to South Korea. I booked the
said trip last November of 2017 knowing into consideration that we will be on semestral
break on these dates, similar to the previous school year calendars. Rest assured that I
will be taking care of all the responsibilities that I will be leaving behind before the said
trip.
