A Down Payment Plan


1 At the time of booking 10%

85% + Car Park + PLC + Lease Rent + Power


2 Within 45 days from allotment

B Partial Down Payment

Notes:
1. Prices are Escalation free but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at company’s sole discretion.
2. One basement Car Parking along with an apartment is mandatory.
3. Service tax shall be payable as per the Government rules and regulations.
4. Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Legal/miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the Allottee at the time of offer of possession.

Within 180 days from Allotment 15% + 100% Car parking

Within 240 days from Allotment 15% + 100 % PLC

Within 300 days from Allotment 15% + 100 % Club membership

Within 360 days from Allotment 10%+100% ESC + FFC +


Power Backup Charges
At the time of notice for possession
5% + 100% IFMS
