Look no further. I am the person you’re seeking to fill the Strategy Manager; People Operations position you
have posted on Indeed. You state you are looking for the following strengths:

You have just described me. My 30+ years in Broadcast and Broadcast Management, mostly with
Gannett/TEGNA, and my nine years of running my own business has exposed me to all of the above. Did I
make some mistakes along the way? You bet I did but I learned from them. Did I learn to push my ideas? You
bet I did but when a better, more innovative, idea came along, I supported it quickly. My end goal was always
to solve the problem and build relationships internally and externally along the way. Throughout my career I
have honed my management, communications and leadership skills and learned much about business in
general as well as many categories of businesses. When working in Broadcast, one deals with all types from
B2B as well as B2C. One must be able to think on their feet strategically and immediately recognize talent. I
have been a hiring manager for many of those years as well as a consultant to hiring managers across the
country.

I do not have the formal education you are looking for (I am currently a student at Arizona State University to
acquire it) but I have experiential education that is earned. I am proud I made my way in business successfully
despite my lack of formal education and I bring that tenacity to you. As stated in the job description, I “find
them, grow them, and keep them” and that is my proven passion. I will bring all of that experience and
passion to Google.
