My Qualifications

Always maintained a positive and strong relationship with co-workers and

users. Kept each other accountable for well documented articles, tickets
and provide a different perspective on difficult issues.

Evaluate and perform quick assistance on resolving the issue. On the

difficult and uncommon issues, conduct research and track all instances of
support.

Solved a range of problems of both operating systems, also walking users

through the process of achieving their goal with the system, whether the
problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely.

Ask questions, voice concerns, and pitch ideas at the right time. I believe
