騒音測定条件 (Acoustic Noise Measuring Condition)

1. 無響室内で、且つ障害物の無い大気中において測定する。
Measurement with in anechoic test chamber under free air condition.

2. 測定器は、モータの吸い込み側より 1m の距離に位置する。
Microphone is placed at a distance of 1m on the axis of air intake side.

3. 暗騒音は 25【dB】以下の事。
The back ground noise is 25 【dB】 or less.
4. 騒音は定格電圧,Duty 100%時に計測とする。
To measure Acoustic Noise at Rated Voltage, Duty 100%.

必ず評価し、安全性を確認して下さい。弊社は、品質信頼性の向上に努めていますが、万一弊社
製品の故障により結果として人身事故・火災事故・社会的な損害等を生じさせない為の冗長設計・
延焼対策設計・誤動作防止設計等の安全設計に十分ご配慮願います．尚、記載のない事項に
ついて疑問等が御座いましたら、販売窓口までご相談頂きます様、お願い申し上げます。
These specifications regulate the quality of our product as a single unit. Before you use
the product, you must be sure to confirm the safety with our product mounted in your
assembled finished product. Our company has made every effort to improve the quality
of our product. However your company is requested to be prepared for the worst, such

10.2.1 環境仕様及び定格性能の確認 /
Confirmation of environmental specifications and of rated performance
・ 環境仕様及び取り付け環境を確認の上、納入仕様書に規定した定格性能の範囲で
ご使用下さい。規格内容を越えて使用された場合、性能の劣化を招き発煙、発火に
至る場合があります。延焼対策設計としまして、難燃材 94V-0 のご使用をお願いします。
Only after confirming environmental specifications and installation environment, please
use our product in the range of the rated performance regulated by the relevant
customer acceptance specifications. If you use our product beyond the range regulated by
our specifications, it will lead to the deterioration of the performance, and in extreme cases,
it would cause smoke or fire. For fire-containment design purposes, please use 94V-0,
an incombustible material.

10.2.2 取り付け環境 / Installation Environment

・ 設計された寿命と信頼性を獲得するのに指定された環境の中でこの製品を利用してください。
Please utilize this product within the specified environment to achieve the designed
lifetime and reliability.

・ それが振動にかけられる環境とそれらが本書では指定したより大きいショックレベルでこの製品を
使用しないで下さい。
Please do not use this product in an environment where it is subjected to vibration and
shock levels greater than those specified in this document.

・ 防塵対策を実施して下さい。
Please take all the possible dust-preventive measures.

10.2.3 取り扱い、及び実装時における注意事項 /
Considerations to be taken for handling and mounting
・ 本製品は、精密部品です。製品のお取り扱い（実装時、及びその他ハンドリング等において）
には、製品に反り、曲げなどのストレスが加わらないよう十分に注意を払って下さい。反り・
曲げ・ストレスを加えた場合、製品を破損させる恐れがあります。又、落下させた製品に
つきましては、ご使用を中止して下さい。
Our product is a precision component. Therefore, when you handle our product
(at the time of mounting, etc.) please take a meticulous care not to put it under any
stress to cause warp or bending. If you put it, by mistake, under any stress to cause

10.3 保存に関して / Storage Conditions

1. 硫黄や塩素を含まない雰囲気で保存して下さい。
Please store our product in the ambient air not containing sulfur or chlorine.

2. 製品納入後、1 年以内で御使用下さい。
Please use our product within one year after your receiving it.

3. 使用直前まで最小梱包は開封しないで下さい。
Please open the minimum package immediately before you use our product.

4. 直射日光の当たる所での保管は避けて下さい。
Please do not store our product in any place under influence of direct sunlight.

11 その他 / Other
1. この製品はミネベアの承認なしでは設計変更は出来ません。
This product will not be changed without prior approved by MINEBEA.

2. 出荷報告書は、出荷ロットごとに提供いたします。
An outgoing report is provided with each lot shipment of this product.

12 お断り / Notice
1. 生命に関わる非常事態・高度な信頼装置・設備装置に設置される場合は弊社の営業に相談
