Job Description for Marketing & Sales Role

 Achieve overall defined sales Target

 Attend to customers in terms of giving them information about the project, making sales pitch,
communicating the procedures etc.

 Maintain comprehensive database of sales details such as customer profile, source of lead and
any other relevant information

 Identify and suggest ways to generate leads

 Collate leads from all sources and follow-up on a regular basis by making sales pitches

 Update project details such as availability, price etc to customer facing team member in head
office on a weekly basis to ensure consistency of communication to customer

 Hand over allotment letters, demand letters and other necessary communication to
customers

 Update customers on a regular basis on the status of the project and other relevant
developments

 Maintain cordial relationship with the customers

 Provide MIS support
