Attend to customers in terms of giving them information about the project, making sales pitch,
communicating the procedures etc.
Maintain comprehensive database of sales details such as customer profile, source of lead and
any other relevant information
Collate leads from all sources and follow-up on a regular basis by making sales pitches
Update project details such as availability, price etc to customer facing team member in head
office on a weekly basis to ensure consistency of communication to customer
Hand over allotment letters, demand letters and other necessary communication to
customers
Update customers on a regular basis on the status of the project and other relevant
developments
