-This database system works to respond to the end users in a faster and more
organized for the company that is using such program and which provides greater
security and order of the company.

System objetives
- identify those weaknesses of the company and give a better solution through this
system of inventories for the pharmacy.

through the use guide we will look at how this system works for which each actor and
class serves and how the system will work as it is to consult, updates, how to
eliminate products, how to enter the invoice as it is eliminated and how is the
inventory has some system tables where there are errors on the part of the vendors
and how the system will improve with that application.
main interface is where users both the administrator or pharmacist enter the system.

in this window you can see what the pharmacist can operate in the system, the client
that this can add the search for the medication and the impression of the invoice of
that client
the administrator window where is the one that has the total control of the
application and can access all the fields.

This is the main diagram of the database which the administrator who is executing it
is like the guide so that it does not put in error the data that are in the database.
Abstraction: Consists in isolating an element from its context or from the rest of the
elements that go with it

Store: Accumulate, store different things in a protected place.

Application: An application is a type of computer program designed as a tool to allow


a user to perform one or several types of jobs.

Files: It is a unit of data or information stored in some medium that can be used by
computer applications.

Stored field: It is the smallest data unit that is stored.

Password: Password, combination of signs that serve to open or operate certain


devices.
Clients: Person who uses the services of a professional or a company, especially the
one that does it regularly.

Collection: Set of things of the same class gathered by hobby or interest and classified.

Concurrence: Action of concurring different people, events or things in the same place
or time.

Consistency: Quality of what is stable, coherent and does not easily disappear.

Queries: A query is an object that provides a personal view of the data stored in the
tables already created.

Data: The data describes empirical facts, events and entities.


Interface: Device capable of transforming the signals generated by one device into
signals that can be understood by another.

Language: Human capacity to express thoughts and feelings through the word.
Logical: Of logic or related to it.
Macros: A macro, is an abbreviation of macro instruction and apart is a series of
instructions that are stored so that they can be executed sequentially by means of a
single call or order of execution.
