Organizational Plan

A. Basic Consideration

The purpose of tutoring is to provide

opportunities to develop a student’s capacity to think

in depth in a subject area, and to operate with

growing confidence within its techniques and

methodologies, with the expectation that the process

will promote increased understanding of discipline for

both tutor and student. Tutorial services have been an

effective avenue for academic assistance. Management

also supervises the tutors for the whole duration for

effectivity and efficiency.

B. Form of Ownership

The proponents have agreed to engage in a Sole

Proprietorship type of business. The business will be

under the name of Jan Micko L. Nelmida, one of the

proponents.

C. Organizational Structure

The business will have a manager, one staff and

three (3) tutors. The manager will manage the day-to-

day operation of the business. The tutors will work as

part-time workers. The front desk staff will help the

manager accommodate prospective students and process
