I am ------- before i come to my own view about this motion, let’s have a look the third speaker speech
that need to be addressed.

Now this is my own argument about the motion.

I cant’s say agree about this motion even we’ve known that

When toefl should be tested for graduates in asahan university, i am so sorry , because i think it will
be hard for the students. Not only because of the location and asahan human resources that will be
te consideration like my partner has clarified but toefl test for asahan university graduates will be a
new restriction for the graduation it self.
IRMA SURYANI one of college student from AIrLANGGA UNIVERSITY SURABAYA HAD DONE A SURVEY
about this with some of the students in UNAIR IN 2013.
“ it had been seen clearly from all interview that she did. Although english is very important in studing
and working but by making it as a requirement of graduation, it will really torture the students.
Because the score standard is very competitive. Not a few students in AIRLANGGA UNIVERSTIY
obstructed from graduation because of it.”
She added to that , the pressure from the toefl test it self will be a trigger for students to do some
deceits/dishonesty like buying the certificate with sufficient score in order to fullfil the graduation
requirement.
So, determining toefl test for asahan university before green table cant be said only bring the positive
impact but also some negative consequecies which need to be addressed.
