CONCLUSION
Some people feel that the government should pay the costs of running universities so that a
university education will be free for anyone who wants it.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Some people feel that government should pay the expenses of universities, so that it can be made available

for everyone. I completely agree with this point of view. By doing this everyone will get equal rights and

opportunities. It will result in greater reward to the society and it will also reduce the burden from students

and parents who cannot afford higher education.

If the government pays the cost of running universities, everyone will enjoy equal rights. It will minimize

social classes. At present, students from a poor background are prevented from entering university because

they are unable to afford the fees. This problem can be solved if government eliminates the tuition fees of

the universities. Poor people will get a chance to study with the rich ones. It will provide them opportunity

to get better education .As all the students will get same kind of education, they will get equal job

opportunities.

Free education will also provide greater reward to the society. By taking this step, more people will be able

to get education which will in return increase the number of skilled and able people in the society.

Furthermore, it can bring more economic advantages to a country .It will increase the country’s prosperity

and dignity .As most of the people lack basic education and can’t afford it, they get involved in crimes. This

will reduce the violence and crime in the society.

Moreover, it will reduce the pressure on the poor students; they will no longer have to work at evenings and

study in mornings to cover their tuition fees cost. They will be able to allot all their precious time to study. It

will also reduce the burden on the parents who cannot afford their children higher education fees.
In conclusion, paying for the university course fees by the government is indeed an effective measure. It will

provide quality education to all and will reduce the burden on poor people. So I reaffirm that the university

education costs should be paid by the government.
