1 Supply of paints, thinner and surface cleaners meeting with technical sepcification for difference areas - YES 2 Classification of areas by severity of rusting YES - Water / power / Compressed air will be provided at nearest point. However points from nearst point to 3 location will be in the scope of vendor. Compressed air will be provided in utility buildings or at nearest YES YES source. Gloves, Brushes, wire brushes, emery paper, buffing machines and emery wheels, sand paper, 10 - YES cotton waste, marking cloth & Consumable ,T&P covers in the scope of vendor 11 Dry film thickness meter and wet filim thickness gauge with valid calibration certificate - YES Motorized stirrer for paint mixing , Measuring jars, Pull off test instrument , Psychrometer for measurement of RH and any 12 - YES other tools 13 Near misses and first aid cases to be intimated without fail - YES 14 Stage wise inspection to be carried before proceeding to next step. Layer wise DFT to be noted - YES 15 Issue of Gate pass However gate pass process to be initiated from Vendor side YES - All Necessary documents required for Gate pass need to be arranged. (Medical certificates , hight test cirtificates and local 16 - YES medical tests to be carried) 17 Contractor should not clime any idle charges due to works delay by natural calamities - YES 18 Risk Assessment & Detailed Method statement to be submitted before execution of work - YES 19 Issue of Permit to Work YES - 20 Material handling in scope of contractor, Paints from store to location and empty drumps from location to scrap yard - YES 21 Need to comply all SEIL P-1 HSE rules & regulations (Includes PPE etc) - YES 22 Tool box talk to be taken every day before starting of the job YES YES 23 Deployement of supervisors for every area - YES 24 Deployement of safety stewards and officers for every department - YES Paint reconciliation statement indicating the paint drawn from stores, paint consumed, and empty drums returned should be 25 - YES submitted on fort nightly basis and bill be processed based on reconcillation 26 Letter writing artist to be appointed and Letter writing , line markers are in the scope of vendor - YES 27 During letter writing if spelling mistakes occur, contractor must re do the lettering without extra payment - YES
