 1. PRESENTACIÓN DEL PROYECTO

El proyecto xxx está ubicado en el municipio de xxxxxx. El proyecto cuenta con un (1) nivel, está
destinado al sector comercial.

2. PARÁMETROS ESTRUCTURALES

Para El Local Comercial se estudiaron las condiciones del suelo, los requisitos de la estructura, se
aplicó la normativa y sistemas de diseño de las estructuras de concreto reforzado para obtener los
diseños de los elementos que conforman la edificación ajustados al Reglamento Colombiano de
Construcción Sismo Resistente NSR 10.

La estructura de la edificación cuenta con una cimentación de zapatas aisladas de:
