Relevance of the course:

Objectives: Course Outcome : To enable the students on the principles and practices of
developing organizations, through OD Process, OD Intervention techniques, principles,
and values that show how to implement Planned change and effectiveness.

Expected Outcomes:
On completion of this course, the student will understand and be able to -
1. The fit between Individuals and the Organisation, the environment and the
Organisation.
2. Recognise the Organisational components such as strategy,structure and process.
