A. Objectives
1. To observe classes and find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats
and challenges in the teaching-learning inside the classroom.
2. To find out the teaching strategies and learning activities teachers employ to
develop concepts and generalization as defined in the MLC and assist them in the
delivery to the learners through appropriate methods of pedagogy.
3. To assist teachers improve in their instructional skills, art of questioning, lesson
plan preparation, monitoring and evaluation of learners’ progress through post
activity discussions.
4. Evaluate classrooms’ structuring and other physical make-up of the classroom.
5. To identify instructional needs of the learners to cause effective interaction among
themselves on the learning process.
