dated.08.10.2015, which was received on 15.10.2015 IN TIN NO:
33766296865 Ref: Time Extension Petition dt: 15.10.2015

We are enclosing documents along with our reply to your notice dated
8.10.2015, which was received by us on 15.10.2015.

1. Photo copy of purchases & sales invoice attached for your kind
verification.
2. Goods Inward and outward register with quantitative details attached.
3. You have directed us to produce specification of the materials purchased
and sold by us. The said details can be cross verified by you from our
Sample purchase and sale bills submitted along with this reply.
4. Regarding transportation details, we state that all the sale invoices
contains the details of vehicle number through which the materials are
transported.
5. Accounts Confirmation statement of payment and receipt by us is
enclosed along with this reply for your perusal. It contains the details of
Sale, Purchases, payment and receipt details in regular course of
business.
6. You have also directed us to produce the purchase order
copy/agreement copy from our customers. There is no such purchase
orders or agreement as we get orders over telephone or word of mouth
by our customers.
7. We state that we are in possession of entire purchase and sale invoices.
Our entire purchase is from local registered dealers and most of our
suppliers are assesses by Assistant commissioner (CT) Hosur (North) and
they have been duly assessed to tax by Circle the details of some of our
suppliers & buyers is as follows:
