What's in this bank

The 128 Voices in this bank for Yamaha MOX represent an attempt, I hope successful, to improve a
certain amount of sounds present as factory preset on the instrument or an attempt to give them
some "variations", that is to say timbres similar or related to original ones but that are good also for
other situations. Regarding the variations, in several cases but not in all, the resulting timbre has not
much of the starting Voice and therefore it can be considered to all effects a real new sound. This is
the case, for example, of "Pluck Bells 2" where even the patch category changes, to the point that
my decision to keep this name for other reasons, does not reveal the true nature of the timbre that
now has become an EP and no longer bells. Another example of new patch could be "Cosmic
Psyche 2". "Pluck Bells 3" instead is not a variation but an improvement of "Pluck Bells". Sounds
programming is made in most cases with a focus on Voice usability and I'm sure that almost
everyone will be able to find something good in this bank. Regarding the names assigned to the
patches, I wanted to keep those starting, giving to everyone a progressive number depending on
variations, to know always what is the Voice source so that you can do right comparisons and
consider the utility grade of this bank for you. Only in a few cases the names assigned to the
patches reflect the title or part of the title of songs that I do with my band in which I use these
sounds. In this bank are present also some Voices taken from Peter Krischker' s demo library. These
timbres have received some slight changes and in this case I wanted to keep the name given by the
author. In conclusion...they will not be all very original sounds, but what's the problem? the bank is
free.

What I want in exchange

If you'll be satisfied and enthusiast about my work I offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your
gratitude in one of the following ways, visiting my website “diamociunamox.altervista.org”:

1. Send me your work product, whatever the number of sounds that you have been able to
create for Mox. Specify for each library if you authorize or you don' t authorize its
publication on this website. My hope is that you provide me the permission to publish
because only in this way the site will grow and will achieve the purpose for the good of all.
The sounds received and authorized (by you), will be filtered by my personal taste and only
those with a certain level of decency will be deemed worthy of publication. Don' t worry! I
will be quite tolerant and open to timbres of all kinds, but what I want to avoid is that a
service may be turned into its exact opposite. You can also send just a timbre and only in
case you want the publication I inform you that banks received under 25 units will be
grouped together with those of others to form larger units.
2. Notify links to free libraries or on payment that are not already present in dedicated sections.
3. Even a message of gratitude will bring me pleasure and it might be already something, but
know that you will not make me really, really happy ;-)
