businesses, which is why the implementation of projects that
promote and potentialize technology in Colombia becomes a
fundamental focus.
It becomes fundamental to train young people in technologies that

evident that to open up the new generations you can not educate
with technologies that are not valid at the business level. In a world
that demands a digital transformation, young people are needed
more competitive globally and with international impact.
In this same way, companies should be open to change and
adoption of these new models where the incubation of content and
development are part of their reality. Today, we find more and more
companies that are adding to this new economy and even so, there
are industries that must take more accelerated steps, in that sense,
to allow themselves to be more competitive.
The technique itself has transformed the human being to the point
that it and the evolution of people are indissoluble. In addition, we
can say that there is no doubt that technological change also
implies a social change.
