Rules for the Tin-Heart’s Game Contest:

"What enemy comes to mind?"


The​ ​Tin-heart​ team opened a contest where fans now have the opportunity to integrate in the
official game to create the next ​Boss Enemy​, with special thanks and the patent.

To participate, the interested parties should share in social networks: ​Instagram, Twitter​ and
Facebook​ the illustration, where​ should be reference to​ ​@Urion_Tinheart ​with the hashtags
#tinheartcontest​ and ​#tinhearthegame

Prizes:

The​ 5 best entries​ will be published in the official networks of ​Tin-Heart​ (​Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter​). There will be only ​1 winner​ who will have the opportunity to appear in the
game Tin-Heart and the official website that will be launched soon.

The submission of this contest starts on the day ​10/01/2019​ and ends on the day ​10/03/2019 ​at
23:59​ hours of Continental Portugal.
The public voting will begin on the day ​16/03/2019​ finalist and the winner will be released at
30/03/2019​.

Terms and conditions


Specific rules for the contest ​"What enemy comes to mind?"

1 –​ the contest ​"What enemy comes to mind?"​ is open to people from 14 years of age or more
of any country, except the promoters of the contest;

2 – ​the contest starts at 10/01/2019 and ends at ​10/03/2019​ at ​23:59 ​hours (hour from Lisbon).

3 –​ participation in the contest is free. By participating in the contest, participants accept and are
subject to these terms and conditions ("terms") as well as the General rules set out below.

4 –​ To participate in the contest, participants must complete the following steps during the
contest:
a) ​create a fictional character that follows the style and theme of the game ​Tin-Heart.
b) ​the enemy has to be represented in various positions-front, side and/or back;
containing visual and written information of how the power of attack and Defense works
(model sheet format).
c) ​participants can choose to draw the enemy:
(i)​ traditional or digitally;
(ii)​ the participants may opt for the use of 3D (submissível with screenshots of
the enemy from several fronts, or illustrative 3D composition).
d) ​the image must have good resolution and be noticeable;

Submission

Share the image in one of the following social networks: ​Instagram, Twitter​ and​ Facebook​,
where they must reference as to ​@Urion_Tinheart​ with the following hashtags
#tinheartcontest​ ​#tinhearthegame

Each participant can send a maximum of 3 submissions, and only 1 of them will be chosen.

Selection Process

1 –​ The selection is made by 3 members: Joana Travisco (Concept Artist), Joao Pereira
(programmer), Inês Borges (2D and 3D Animator), that cannot enter the contest.

2 –​ Will be selected​ 5 (five) finalists.

3 – ​The ​5 chosen finalists​ will be published in the networks to be made a voting on social
networks (​Instagram, Facebook​ and ​Twitter​) that will last 2 weeks, starting at the ​16/03/2019​.
This vote will count approximately 15% of the final decision.

4 – ​The winner will be chosen by the 3 judges already referred above and the public vote.

General Rules

Each participant must comply with the General rules. The holdings should not contain any:
a)​ pornography, nudity or sexual oriented images;
b)​ images or abusive language, offensive or threatening;
c)​ disturbing or defamatory content;
d)​ content that compromises your privacy or security, as well as of third parties;
e)​ content that insult a gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnic group or
nationality;
f)​ violent behaviour or dangerous; and/or
g)​ electronic waste, advertising or other commercial activities.

1 –​ Each participant grant the Promoter a license worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free to use
for promotional purposes and equity for all purposes related to the contest, in all media,
including any platforms online under the promoter's control. This includes, without limitation, the
inclusion of the winner's image, the Promoter and/or third parties may distribute and/or
marketing as intended and to the promoter´s absolute criterion.

2 –​ All the submissions must be completely original, so as not to violate copyright of third
parties. The promoter does not take any responsibility if the participants ignores these terms
arising from any violation of these terms. The submissions will be excluded from the contest.

3 –​ The Promoter shall notify the finalists and the winner of their selection through a private
message depending on the submission network used by the participant. Your images will be
exposed in social networks starting at ​16/03/2019​ day.

4 –​ Each finalist and winner will win a certificate of participation and dissemination of your work
on Tin-hearts official networks:
a)​ ​www.facebook.com/tinheartgame/​.

c)​ ​twitter.com/search?q=%40Urion_Tinheart&src=typd

5 – ​The Prosecutor is responsible for submitting:


a)​ by e-mail a certificate of participation for each finalist and Winner, within a week after
disclosing the winner.

6 – ​The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical failure, malfunction or problem that
can cause the loss of a participation or any incorrect registration in the contest.

7 –​ In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, not admitting any resource
in this regard.

8 – ​The promoter reserves the right to cancel this hobby or to change these terms at any time if
it considers necessary or due to circumstances beyond their control.

9 – ​If, upon delivery, a submission is defective or damaged, the promoter must be notified till the
date of delivery ​10/03/2019​; otherwise, the prize will be regarded as accepted. This provision
does not affect the statutory rights of a Winner (if applicable).

10 – ​The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter,
being properly referenced and with prior notice.

11 –​ If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of these terms or
have been given incorrect information, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or inadequate
information, the promoter may, at your sole discretion, refuse the processing of any participation
or assignment of any prize. If a participant fails to comply with the clauses, or use multiple
accounts and/or an automated system to participate, will be excluded from the Hobby and your
participation will be considered null.
12 – ​The promoter may, at their discretion, publish the name of each finalists and winner to their
Website and social networks.

13 –​ General rules apply to the contest, in force.
