,So We propose to build a real estate portal that allows users to post property for
sale as well as search sort property and contact its dealers online.
It also consists of an innovative feature that allows users to post reviews of the
dealing process with a buyer after their deal.
This allows the buyers to verify a sellers profile and view his past deal
experiences from other user reviews on his profile.
Every user on the portal has a profile that can be viewed by to check his past
deals status.

A user may post bad reviews about another user he has dealt with if any payment
issues are encountered during the deal.
So users may now verify that particular user before dealing with him.
The system consists of a user login, users may look for property as per area,
Location as well as other amenities like lift, furnished, semi-furnished etc.
The system sorts property and displays results list as desired by user.
Users may also post a property for sale along with desired price, location and
contact details But communication info will be sent Through The Admin.

#functional Requirements#

1-The Login page is outside of the secure area of the system and allows the user to
log onto the web application.and admins can register new members as well. For login
functions, there is an area to input the Username (full name) and password for the
account protection of the registered users, password will be encrypted upon saving
into database. In case the user members forgot their password the system provides
the link to reset the password which will be sent only to member's email.

2-Every user can view the store but only the members can checkout it become control
by administrator. For being member of website, the customer need to register for
membership.

3-The User Profile page is area that given user maintains his /her own information.
The user can only change his/her password required.

4-The user can browse and search the estates and also the user can edit profile
that include change estate details. For other information to be changed, the admin
privilege is required.

5-The buyer (user) will be given a web interface which allows easy browsing .and
The system sorts property and displays results list as desired by user
and so that a user can find his enquired item easily.

6-The admin can edit can see feedback and post it in user profile . The system can
push notification to every member and make archieve of all finished deals .
User Administration
This includes registration processing, user deactivation, user suspicious and
required password change.
Website policy
Admin can sen a police report in the case of user broke the agreement policy

#non functional requirements#

1- Fast Response Time for User Login

The average response time for user login after entering user name and password is
no more than 3 sec and the maximum response time is 10 seconds

2-Backup is useful in recovering your data in the event of an electronic disaster

like hardware failure or a break-in that changes or otherwise damages your data so
admin always keep making archieves.

3-the is agreement policy is signed by all users contains all critical conditions
and that force user to be committed in deals.

4-To prevent unregistered users to bypass the registration interface to trade

directly into the application system, the system uses Session object to register
verification.

5-Security of shopping is very important that users can rely on it.
