Agas Solutions shall provide the following services :

 Check the complete DG Set including fuel, cooling, lubrication system and thorough inspection
of DG and fuel tuning. Check batteries (terminations, connections and water level) cables, belts,
hoses, coolant level / condition, oil level / condition, battery charging system, safely circuit
alarms and lights), observe and record oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage at no load and
load, HZ at no load ( and load when possible), and amperage reading at load when possible adjust
timers, voltage and HZ ( if necessary)

 We are a unit of highly experienced professionals, all of them contributing at the best of their potentials to
offer the highest degree of efficiency and client satisfaction.
 We have 24*7 on – call Mobile Van Service
 We have on – call Technicians Availability in every 30 kms.
 We are always ready to service the whole system of a Generator, including Generator Changeover
 Each customer will be exclusively handled by a single Technician throughout the AMC period. So
that he can clearly identify the flaws and faults of the respective machine.
 The yearly maintenance cost of the Generator will be reduced by 90% in the upcoming years
compared to the current year.
 AMC plans do not cover DG starting battery and theft
 AMC PLAN will not cover for Natural disasters
 General Terms and Conditions

 If the customer not satisfied on our services the agreement will be automatically cancelled
without any prior notice.
 Agreement is transferrable to new owner upon sale of property. Customer must notify Agas
Solutions of transfer in writing, along with a copy of the Sales Agreement.

 Generator unit ( interior and exterior components) must be found by Agas Solutions to be in
good working conditions for Maintenances Agreement to be valid. Unit will be inspected and
started prior to initial servicing of unit to ensure it is in proper working condition prior to
acceptance of Maintenance Agreement.
 Agas Solutions shall not be responsible for failure to render the services described in this
Agreement due to causes beyond its control.
