PROJECT EVALUATION - TOTAL MARKS: 25 (DIVISION OF PROJECT MARKS)

I. PROJECT SUBMISSION – 20 Marks

II. PROJECT PRESENTATION, VIVA-VOCE AND GENERAL ASSESSMENT – 5 Marks

A.PROJECT SUBMISSION – 20 Marks

(20 Marks is divided for the following categories)

1. ABSTRACT – 1 Mark

2. SYNOPSIS – 1 Mark

3. COGNITIVE CONTENT

A. RESEARCH PROBLEM, OBJECTIVE AND METHODOLOGY – 1 Mark


B. REVIEW OF LITERATURE/QUESTIONNAIRE – 1 Mark
C. CASES AND STATUTES – 3 Marks
D. FOOT NOTES – 1 Mark
E. BIBLIOGRAPHY/REFERENCES – 1 Mark

4. ANALYSIS, REASONING AND ORGANISATION OF CHAPTERS – 5 Marks

5. ORIGINALITY – 4 Marks

6. CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS – 2 Marks

B. PROJECT PRESENTATION & VIVA-VOCE 4 Marks

C. GENERAL ASSESSMENT – 1 Mark

PROJECT PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Criteria’s for Presentation:- (Optional)

The students are advised to follow the essentials below mentioned while presenting the seminar. The candidate
must give more emphasis to the following aspects
1. Background
2. Research Problem,
3. Research Objective,
4. Research Methodology,
5. Analysis (chapters)
6. Conclusion

Time Duration: 15 Minutes (10 Minutes for Presentation and 5 Minutes for Viva-voce)

Students will be evaluated based on the following components

1. Subject Knowledge,
2. Grasp of legal principles at issue,
3. Clarity of presentation,
4. Effective use of time, and complying with time limit,
5. Answering questions in class,
6. Classroom Conduct (nervousness, gestures, mannerisms, postures, impression, audibility).
