Human rights

Human is free from being born. All people have some kind of rights, but
their existence, content and relevance often becomes subject of debates in
philosophy and politics. As for to the legal point of view, human rights are
defined by the international laws and conventions and after this the local
law.
What does human’s rights mean? Definition of Human’s right consists
of two words: Human and right. Person is public, intelligent creature (man,
woman and child) . As for the right, it is request that we often fairly declare.
Everyone has rights, which do not depend on other people. For example,
the right to live, which can’t be controlled and by anyone, it is person's
inherent right.
The fundamental rights of all people are the same, regardless of race,
color, gender, language, religion, political or other beliefs, national or social
origin, property, birth or other status.
Fundamental human rights are: life, liberty and security. These rights are
inherent in any individual and none of the government can take away these
people’s rights. The fundamental rights are above the Constitution, above
the country's law, but human rights are not always protected. If you take a
look at the history you can clearly see people being suppressing, there were
different types of discrimination. Slavery was one of the most common
forms of oppression. In America, black people’s fundamental rights were
violated and for community they were used to be recognized as a powerless.
Also a serious problem was gender discrimination. Women's life was much
less valued than men’s. Women did not have rights on a lot of things. For
example they were persecuted in work, education and other things.
Nowadays this types of discrimination are relatively less, however, it
still exists and in some cases is accompanied by the great aggression. This
kind of attitude is towards the homosexual people. people think that they
are sick and there are cases of violence. There is similar attitude with
disabled people, lots of ones don’t consider them as full members of society
and the expression of this is the fact that the country has not been fully
adapted to the environment.
In order to not abuse the human rights and to live in a peaceful and
friendly environment, it is necessary to understand that all people are equal,
regardless of gender, language, race, national origin, sexual orientation and
more. All people deserve to know that their fundamental rights are
protected. "I was born as a human" means that I have a right to live, to be
free and to have security.
