PT PCS - Indonesia which is one of the consulting services engaged in mining,
geological survey and general contractor. We hereby submit a proposed joint
venture for Asphalt exploration drilling under the following conditions:
a) Exploration Mining Business Permit has been issued or there is a letter of
recommendation from the relevant Office concerning business license to
conduct research and observation of the location of the area in question
b) Service cost represent costs for activities including drilling activities,
Mobilization and Demobilization of equipment
c) The time for this drilling to finish is 30 working days (adjusted to condition
location of research).
The above cost does not include:
a) License cost
b) Security cost

 OFFERING ASPHALT EXPLORATION DRILLING SERVICES

1. PRELIMINARY
The natural asphalt resource in Buton Island, Southeast Sulawesi Province
is the only natural bitumen deposition in Indonesia. In addition to Indonesia, natural
asphalt deposits are found in the islands of Trinidad, Albania and Iraq used for road
coating, roofing, mastic flooring, paving mixtures and paint blends.
The natural asphalt on Buton Island has been known since the beginning of
the 20th century. The first inquiry was conducted by Elbert in 1909. Then in 1922-
1930 by the Dutch Government Mining Department in the East Indies. In 1926 the
Buton asphalt was done by N.V. Meijnbouwen Cultuur Maatscappij Boeton until the
occurrence of the Pacific war on the basis of contract work for the government until
1954.

2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this drilling activity is to know the quality as well as the shape
and spread of asphalt in a definite location of research.

3. SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
The scope of the drilling activity is as follows:
 Determination of drilling points
Determination of the drilling point is done in the area that is considered potential
from the geoelectric survey results, in this activity also planned the total depth of the
vertical drilling.
 Sampling Coring Drilling
This activity is done by drilling coring method, coring result then in place on corebox
that have been provided.

4. RESULTS OBTAINED
The results obtained by the company:
 Drill log data of each drilling point
 Coring samples already placed in corebox
