Thanks for quick reply (at least now!). As I said, I don’t want to proceed further, please return
money (360 euros paid for re-booking and remaining money of cancelled ticket).
I feel unfair business….
1. I asked to keep open dates for re-booking, but no response
2. Money (360 euros) transferred on 01.02.19, but re-booked ticket not issued
3. There was no response on re-booking ticket since 01.02.19
4. I wrote few emails on different dates, but no response. As I paid to your agent service, you
should respond promptly and help customers, but that was not the case with your travel agency.
Before to that….
5. Nowhere mentioned/written on the ticket that the ticket was non-refundable.
6. There was no information on ticket cancellation policy
7. I know Air India charge 100 euros for cancellation or date change since 10 years, recently it is
110 euros (proof attached). But why you charge 180 euros against to air India rules. You didn’t
mention anything on the ticket.
8. Mr. Akash Kumar agreed for 120 euros to change travel date, but Mr. Samimi demanded me
to pay 180 euros for travel date change.
From Air India website, cancellation cost any time is 110 euros.
