Objective –
We are targeting to maximizing the efficiency of the vehicle by reducing the weight , air Drag , Other Mechanical
Losses and electrical losses.
1. We have been modified the previous design of the vehicle to minimize the drag coefficient .
2. Replacing the tires with MARTES alloy wheels.
3. Reducing the layers of the CRP so that we can reduce the weight.
4. Optimizing the chassis
5. Covering the vehicle from the bottom too to reduce the drag.
6. Replacing the brake with hydraulic brake system so that we can increase the effectiveness of the breaking
system
7. Modifying the Motor controller.
We have been modified the previous design of the vehicle to minimize the drag coefficient .
We have been reduced the coefficient of drad and the pressure on the body.
On the results we showed hare are the result we got by simulating the Modified design
After the study of forces in the direction of X-axis we got that the result is that the force creating by the
aerodynamics of the vehicle is 150N in the opposite direction of the vehicle and at the speed of 50KMPHr.
MARTES alloy wheels are used in mountain bikes for the heavy range bikes
And now MARTES alloy wheels with 20” diameter has been purchased for using the vehicle.
