Assignment 2
You are to finish a half-completed edit called Rollercoaster. Pay particular attention to the names
of the clips and the times as they are similar and can get easily mixed up.

1. Open Adobe Premiere Pro and open an existing project called Rollercoaster.prproj
which is located in the folder
\Multimedia\Greg Todd\Dual Diploma\~CUAPOS201\Assignment 2\ YourName

2. When your project opens resolve any missing video or audio files (they are located in a
subfolder called ~Additional Files

3. Add a Cross Dissolve to the very beginning of the sequence

4. Add a Cross Dissolve to the sequence on the edit at 00:00:08:16

5. Add a Cross Dissolve to the sequence on the edit at 00:00:17:04

6. Add a Pinwheel Transition to the sequence on the edit at 00:00:35:22

7. Add a Wedge Wipe to the sequence on the edit at 00:00:41:03

8. Add a Split Transition to the sequence on the edit at 00:00:53:17

9. Add a Cross Dissolve to the very end of the sequence at 00:01:02:22

10. Trim the Audio Tracks A1 and A2 so that they end at 00:01:02:22

11. Create a Title “Rollercoaster” and add it to the sequence starting at 00:00:01:00 and
ending at 00:00:07:00. Add a Cross Dissolve to the start and end of the titles

12. Alter the volume of the scream on Audio Tracks A2 at 00:00:36:00 Reduce both the
left and right channels by -10 dB

13. Export your sequence as an H264 format with the name

Pro Project file at the end of the time allotted.

You cannot repost or reuse the video or audio clips used in this exercise.
