Subject: Rescheduled time table for Online Term End Examination of Summer 2019.
Ref :Circular No. MSBTE/D-42/S-19/0NLINE/2573 dated 20/02/2019.

Principals of all the affiliated polytechnics running AICTE approved Diploma Engg.
Programme are hereby informed that due to the Lok Sabha Elections, the time table for Online Term
. End Examination of Summer 2019 has been rescheduled as given below. They should conduct the term
end examination as per the changed schedule.
Online examination for S-2019 is scheduled in two slots:
• Slot 1 - 30/03/2019 to 03/04/2019 Schedule remains unchanged
• Slot 2 - 07/05/2019 to 11/05/2019 Rescheduled as given below
• For Online Class Test II Schedule will remain unchanged

Revised schedule for Slot 2 of Online Term End Examination of Summer 2019 is as given in
Table A and Table B:

 The Principal of each affiliated polytechnic shall update the coordinator details for both slots on
MSBTE online examination portal through login and also submit the detailed schedule of online
examination for the subject-wise codes along with batch I slot timings and capacity in the institute to
respective RBTE. Also, the Principal of the affiliated polytechnics shall ensure that after the end exam
the following documents are endorsed and uploaded: i) HTDOCS, ii) DBDIR and iii) Undertaking.
Endorsement I uploading the above documents immediately after the examination will be the
responsibility of the institute. All end term online examinations are governed by the rules and
regulations oftheory examinations.
The Deputy Secretary, RBTE MumbaiiPune/NagpuriAurangabad are hereby instructed to
appoint separate observer, conversant with the conduct of online examination, for each subject at each
centre.
All concerned are hereby instructed to take serious note of the above to ensure that the online
examinations are conducted smoothly.
