neck area often hurt. Mrs. K considers this to be a common complaint, which can be
treated with medicine stalls. Mrs. K said that if you are dizzy, you can reduce it by

Role Play
One day at Cipayung Health Center there were 6 students who were practicing

nurses were divided into 3 groups and accompanied by a puskesmas nurse to do

so that he can feel tension in the neck area of the face

10. Movement to train the back muscles. This movement can be


done by placing both hands behind while touching the floor and
holding the body. Then wrap your chest.

11. Movement to relax the chest muscles. Clients are asked to


take a deep breath. This position is held for a while, while feeling
tension in the chest then lowered to the abdomen. When the
tension is released, the client can breathe normally.

12. Movement to train the abdominal muscles. This movement is


carried out by pulling the abdomen firmly inward, then holding it
back until the stomach becomes tight and hard. After 10 seconds
is released freely, then repeated like the initial movement for this

13. Movement for the leg muscles and aims to train the thigh
muscles, done by straightening both feet so that the thigh
muscles feel tense. This movement is carried out with the knees
so that the tension moves to the calf muscles
14. As for the muscle relaxation procedure, the client must hold
the tension position for 10 seconds after releasing it. Each
movement is done twice.

After being taught relaxation exercises, Ms. K can understand and apply it. Ms. K
