Christine: Nurse what are the factors for having Diabetes and how to avoid it

Nurse Hana: Diabetes may be acquired genetically or through sedentary lifestyle. when we take too
much sugar like candies, or too much rice, our body cannot accommodate them anymore , that’s the
reason why the sugar comes in to our blood. when there is sugar in our blood, our blood becomes
viscous and which can lead to further complications like thrombosis or diabetic ketoacidosis. we can
avoid this by exercising and disciplining ourselves in what we eat.

Christine: I see. thanks nurse Hana
