Activities – Outbound Sales Project

Acquisition of Outsourcing Projects:

Assess the available outsourcing projects, contact the clients and convince them for outsourcing. Get
the contract signed and understand the SLA

Resource Planning:

We will arrange all the required resources for successful and smooth functioning of the projects.

 Hardware and Software Requirement (Dialler, VOIP, Systems, server etc.)


 Manpower (Hiring & Training of agents, supervisory staff)

Operations:

We will manage the day to day call center operations (5 days a week) to ensure maximum
profitability and client satisfaction. This will include training & coaching of supervisors & agents,
performance management & appraisal, client communication, catering to technical challenges and
requirements, exploring new business opportunities for expansion.

Finance:

We will ensure correct and timely invoice is sent to the client and regular follow-ups for payment.
Detailed weekly report will be presented to all stakeholders.

Business Model:

We will be working on a revenue sharing model (20% of each invoice).

The First month the company should not expect any outcome from the process as it takes time for
the process to get stable.

So depending on the above criteria, two months financial backup for sustainity should be kept in
hand.

Later to this the process starts generating profit.

Requirements:

 Boarding & Lodging arrangements to be made during our stay in Pune


 Travelling expenses to be reimbursed
