    1. I do not have document showing legal authority to act on my child’s behalf

    2. The order to family bridges *See Galindo Recommendation 6-4-2015 (p. 4)

    3. No, family bridges doesn't speak to the other parent

    4. It was first recommended by my daughters therapist, Dr Jose Cervantes and then


    recommended by the special master, Dr. Jorge Galindo.

    5. I only have what the special master, Dr Jorge Galindo testified to. I have only had
    contact on 1 occasion from my daughter Emilee. She called me and informed me, that
    if she contacted me or didn't comply, she would go to a mental health facility. They
    also threatened her that I would go to jail if she didn't comply.
