Main branch is the personal property of Mr. A and other two collection centers
are rented.

Mr. B who is the sleeping partner contributes 50% and 10% borrowed from mutual friend.

Loan return:
Loan will return on quarter bases starting from after 6 months.

Details of business
Dry clean and laundry involves two different processes. While both term may be use interchangeably.
Dry cleaning is the practice of cleaning clothes with special chemicals.

While laundry generally involves the use of soap, detergents and water to clean clothes. Dry cleaning
requires technical skills and is preferred when the materials to be cleaned are delicate and cannot with
stand the rough and tumble of a hand or machine-wash.
Procedure of laundry/Dry clean:
 First clothes are picked up from the customer at collection centers or their home.
 They will get receipt of their given clothes. Clothes are tagged to avoid any loss.
 After this the clothes reached to our washer man, he washed the clothes in washing extractor
(available in different weights) or by hand (if needed).
 After washing process the washer man hydro the clothes in Hydro machine.
 After hydro clothes dries to about 90 percent, only 10 percent water remains in clothes.
 After washing and drying process, the clothes are to be hung before sun.
 In the absence of sun, we used to hung them in room.
 When the clothes are fully dried up, the worker presses the clothes.
 After pressing, the clothes to be packed in polyethyne bags.
 After this, it hungs on the rack.
 Racks have their own serial numbers, to make the work process easy.
 Clothes always contains serial numbers all the times to prevent from any type of mischief from
our workers.
 The clothes from collection centre send to working place in a van.
 The clothes will return back to customers at main branch or at collection centre where they
submitted.

electricity during the lack of one.

Transportation:

 Two vans are required which will cost us round about 10 lacks.
 One of them for daily use and other one for weekly pick-drop service.
 Cleaning and pressed clothes will need to be hung on racks in the vehicle during
delivery to prevent them from becoming soiled or wrinkled. Since your entire
business will depend on your vehicle, it’s important to ensure that it is well
maintained and in good condition all the time.

the procedure of registration.
