El sistema de refrigeración que acompaña la línea de leche del Combinado lácteo

de Pinar del Río posee varios años de explotación, el estado técnico del mismo, la
desaparición de algunos procesos que demandan de él y la deficiencia energética
en el sistema de refrigeración de la línea de leche, ha provocado un deterioro en
los indicadores de eficiencia del citado sistema.

Abstract

The refrigeration system that accompany the milk line of the Combinado dairy of
Pinar del Rio has several years of exploitation, the technical state of it, the
disappearance of the some process that demand of him and the energetic
deficiency in the refrigeration system of the milk line, has cause a deterioration in
the efficiency indicators of the cited system.
