Myanmar is an agricultural country, mostly

depended on the rice. So, the force of farmers is the
most important role in Myanmar. They mostly live
in rural areas. Internet is very useful to get latest
information. But, in rural areas, Internet is not
widely used. This paper describes e- e-Agriculture
System to develop Agriculture System using
Internet and other network structure which can get
services of update news, market prices, fertilizers
prices and land sector, weather conditions. The
system provides for agricultural development and
improvements of Myanmar Agricultural System.
1. Introduction
Myanmar has a population of over 60 millions. Agricultural
sector is the back bone of country. 60 % of populations are
farmers. Agricultural sector contributes 43% of GDP: 14% of
total export earnings. Myanmar has 10273 halters for net area
sown, 512 halters for fallow land, reserved forests are 15288
halters and other land are 16855 halters. The main crops are
cereals, oil seeds, pulses, industrial crops, kitchen crops, fruits
and vegetables. We have a plan to establish PAC (public access
centre) for agricultural development system. We aim to provide
farmers with accurate and effective information moreover. It
can provide fulfill policies and strategies of developing
agricultural sector. This system will provide faster and effective
information for farmers to increase production, income and
environment society by using Internet and network technology.

Since, gaining the independence 1948, the farmers
in country tried to develop bad sector in nation.
They are trying to become best agricultural country.

Development System
The two main central offices of agricultural development system are
Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MOAI) and Myanmar Info-
Info-
Tech (MIT).
 The objectives of MOAI are:
To achieve surplus in paddy production.
 To achieve self-
self-sufficient in edible oil.
To setup the production of exportable pulses and industrial crops.

 The objectives of MIT are:

To applied ICT and Internet more flexibility and easy around the
nation
To developed ready infrastructure for e-
e-Government, e-
e-Commerce,
e-Business, e-
e-Banking and e-
