1. 1st to 4th Semester MBA
2. 1st to 5th Sem. MCA
3. 4th Sem. M.Tech.

Last date for online filing of applications with penalty of Rs. 500/- 09.04.2019

Please Note: The students whose results are announced after 20th March 2019
may also apply for the revaluation in the subjects for which the results are
announced after 20th March 2019.

PROCEDURE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS:

1. URL: http://prexam.blr.vtu.ac.in for Bengaluru Region

2. URL: htto: / /prexam.vtu.ac.in for Belagavi, Kalaburagi and Mysuru regions

3. Choose Revaluation menu.

4. Use Departmental login Id and password to login

5. The instructions for the submission of application are made available in the
website. Kindly follow the same.
 6. Mention candidate's Mobile Number and Email id, as both will be used for
further communication with regard to delivery of photocopy, from the
University. (Please ensure the correctness of the mobile number and email
id)

?' FCo flUG Courses Revaluation fee is Rs. 400/- per subject and for Photocopy
is Ks.300/- per subject and Application Fee of Rs.20/- per candidate.

8' RCe ffo P5lfOurses Evaluation fee is Rs. 3000/- per subject and Application
Fee of Rs.20/- per candidate.

9. All the students are eligible to apply for Revaluation in any number of theory
subjects(excluding subjects with OMR Sheets).

10. All the undergraduate (B.E./B.Tech.) students are eligible to apply for Photocopy
of answer scripts in any number of theory subjects (excluding the scripts
attached with drawing sheets).

11. The fee collected by the students towards revaluation and photocopy of answer
scripts shall be submitted to the Finance Officer, VTU Belagavi through online
fee payment mode and the date for submitting the fee will be intimated.

12.04.2019 to the office of the undersigned.

13. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The students should not apply for photo copy in the subjects that
a. Require drawing sheets and
b. Computer aided engineering drawing subjects
if applied no refund will be made.
