ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We would like to acknowledge with gratitude and the full

support and cooperation of the both of our family and
friends for encouraging us to accomplish this Project Cost
and Estimates proposal for our requirement/s in fulfilling this
subject. Because of this project we’ve learned a lot about
costing and estimating residential buildings. For all the other
consultants who have contributed valuable advice during
the development of the construction expenditure forecasts,
to my grandmother, Ar. Lerma Sarmiento Llorente, who is a
Licensed Architect who helped us in the analysis of the
building plan, to my father, Engr. Jose Sarmiento Llorente Jr.,
a Licensed Mechanical Engineer that manages to evaluate
the Mechanical works in or plan and to our uncle, Engr.
Rogelio B. Mariano, who is a Licensed Electrical Engineer that
teaches us the inspection of the Electrical works.
