Monoxide for safety by a qualified electrician only. Tenants are responsible for replacing light bulbs and

General All power points, light switches, television and telephone points are white plastic unless
otherwise stated.
Installation of TV/Satellite and telephone lines requires written permission from the
Agent/Landlord.
Check-out/Keys Tenants are advised that the inventory check-out will take place within 48 hours of their
departure. At this time, the property must be ready to be handed back and the keys returned.
During winter months, heating should be left on low, on vacation of the property.
On vacation of the property, all items must be situated in their respective rooms as specified in
this Inventory. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the checking procedure which may incur
an additional fee to the Tenant. Please refer to the check-out guidance notes.

used in the checkout process at the end of the tenancy.
