A Reflection Paper to the Movie Ron Clark Story

I. Introduction

In the movie Ron Clark Story, Mr. Ron Clark describes the good teacher. The
good teacher is the one who knows to organize a class, both mentally and in terms

of student behaviour, so that the class runs smoothly and each students can learn as
best as they can. He uses various methods of teaching to make students learn easily.

II. Presentation

Mr. Ron Clark finds a job at Inner Harlem Elementary School which is he
wanted to be assigned in a tough students or he want to take in the most

disadvantaged class. Mr. Clark is a teacher that does everything to his students, to
be loved by his students. Even though his students show disrespect to him, even he

lose his patient once but he didn’t give up on them. With his creative teaching
strategy and passion of knowing students strength, and with all that, he was able to

help the students pass their exams and they even scored higher than they expected.
It also shows that parent’s attention, love and support are needed in every student.

III. Reaction

I gave this movie a positive reaction for it shows that students need a clean

environment classroom and a teacher that have a long patient. Watching this movie,
I didn’t even noticed that tears fell from my eyes, and I’ll tell the truth that I don’t

want to be a teacher but after seeing this movie, it makes my heart open that being a
teacher is a nice profession, for it will change a life of every single person. Every

person should look that their life has a big value and they should treasure it. If I
would be a teacher someday, I’ll do the same as Mr. Ron Clark did. Learning all the

types of intelligence is not easy, but if you love teaching and you have the passion of
teaching and you want to change your students that they should ‘’Dream Big’’ and
‘’Take Risk’’, you can do all of that. It would be all easy if you’re passionate and if you
love your students. I will do everything to make myself to be an effective teacher, so

that I can help students to grow into a person that they want to become.

IV. Conclusion and Recommendation

Being a brainy teacher is not good enough to teach students to make them

learn the subjects. To be an effective teacher is you need to love your job, and your
students. Seeing your student successful in life is also makes yourself feel great. A

teacher’s attitude is also a big part in this profession. Students are just wanted to be
encouraged by the people around us. Everything is possible to achieve their dreams

if we work hard on it. I recommend this movie to every educator, also for everyone,
for it has a great story, it is not just a story but it is the reality for every one’s life.
