To get to know my cooperating school better, I must do the following

What do I need to establish harmonious relationship with my cooperating

teacher/s?

During my OJT at Panabo National High School, to get a harmonious relationship with

my cooperating teachers I used to share what I have experience in my first day of

teaching. When they ask question about their student and my experience I answer it

in a polite way and detailed. I also ask suggestion to my cooperating teachers if I have

problems with regards to classroom management.

What do I need to do to get along well with the non-teaching staff?

School is expected that a lot of people may you encounter, teacher and the non-

teaching staff. People in school who are under the non-teaching staff are; the vendors

in the school canteen, gardener, and guards. Every day, we the student teacher that

was assign at Panabo National High School were always face this people, the guards,

gardener and the vendors in the canteen. I treat them as what I have treated my

cooperating teachers, because I believe that they are part in the school staff that must

be treated politely and respect them also. I talk to them and share what I have feel

every time I go to my class, the sadness and happiness I encounter.
