With more than 20 years of vast experience in
the international commodity trade through its affiliated
companies around the world, AVES supplies 35% of the
Turkish crude sunflower oil, and shows a prominent
efficacy in the international trade, vegetable oil and
biodiesel production, vegetable oil storage, managing
offshore marine terminal “SAVKA” and in the real
estate fields.
AVES has the largest fully integrated seeds oil &
biodiesel processing plant that covers 120 thousand
square meters area in Mersin-Turkey, with a crushing
capacity of 1,500 ton/day, refining 700 ton/day and
1,100 ton/day by two separate bottling units of 5
production lines, along with 1,000,000 ton/annual
production capacity of vegetable oil varieties, residues
and biodiesel.
The factory is equipped with storage silos of
84,000 cubic meters capacity and oil storage tanks of
28,000 cubic meters capacity.
Factory also has a smart pallet rack storage
system which is built on 3,000 square meters with a
storage capacity over 5,000 euro pallets.
Our main brand “SAFYA” has enjoyed a
gratifying reception in the markets abroad; thanks to
AVES staff, who pays a close attention to all the stages
starting the cropping process all the way to your dining
tables.
AVES owns the first sunflower oil production
factory in Erbil - Iraq with a daily 500 tons of refining
capacity.
AVES has the third biggest oil and vegetable oil
storage of Turkey established on an area of 220,000
cubic meters located in Mersin. AVES has a significant
logistic (loading/discharge) advantage compared to its
competitors due to its offshore marine terminal;
“SAVKA”. AVES completes its competitive chain of
supply with location near of Mersin port, 70 tankers
and 30 trucks as logistics fleet.

Company which increased its export in the most rapid
manner with 79% growth.

“Packaging Excellence” for its design in year 2016 by
World Packaging Organization.

For succesfull brand identity, ease of
pouring, safe handling and good haptic
perception slim waisted form is being
designed. For unification of the label area
with form aesthetically oil drop abstraction
on label area is being created.

All these concepts combining graphics,

form, usability and aesthetics guaranteed
success in sales.

For structural resistance of pet packaging

we designed sunflower seed reliefs on
surfaces. From the lid to shoulder,
dynamic and relief neck like design also
created a strong and resistant body for
topload and vacuum problem. The form
creating sense of possession is innovative,
challenging but being easily produced.
