Ministry of HRD,in association with Swachh bharat mission gramin,ministry of drinking water and

sanitation ,had launched a swachh bharat summer internship 2018 for school and college students in
the previous year 2018.

mahavidyalaya,kk road ,raipur,chhattisgarh).

Iam a student of VIVEKANAND MAHAVIDYALAYA,KK ROAD,RAIPUR,CHHATTISGARH,INDIA. I along

with my team mates had participated in the SWACHH BHARAT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
2018, we had to devote minimum 100 hours but we had devoted around 300 hours in order to
transform our LALPUR VILLAGE,RAIPUR,which we had chosen to transform. we have completed our
internship succesfully.

As per the circulars issued to all the PRINCIPAL SECRATARIES,HIGHER EDUCATION ,of all the states,
even our PRINCIPAL SECRETARY,HIGHER EDUCATION,CHHATTISGARH,would have received the the
letter from UGC,MHRD,GOVT. OF INDIA,vide D.O. NO. 14-5/2016 (CPP-II) DATED 9TH AUGUST 2018.

according to this letter ,states education department had to award 3 students from among the
various students who had participated in this SBSI 2018,with cash awards,out of the names
forwarded by universities. college principals had to forward 3 names to universities,and universities
had to forward it to principal secretary higher education of the state,but no body took interest in
this matter. neither the university took interest ,and neither the education department chhattisgarh
took interest in knowing who all have participated in this internship program,and all.

we students took so much of pain and invested so much of our time and efforts behind this SBSI
2018, and we completely transformed the lalpur ,village,raipur completely.

But what recognition and award did we got after investing so much of our time.

why have the 3 winners at the state level not been declared yet by the education
department,chhattisgarh. if the names were not been forwarded by the universities,why did the
education department did not asked all the universities to send the names of the participants who
had participated from their respective universities.

still its not too late,please respect our efforts,and kindly take initiative suomoto and do the needful
as soon as possible in best interest of the students. pdf of circular from mhrd deptt. is attached here.

what was the reason for this delay,please inform us as soon as possible,and we the students of ptrsu
university raipur,atleast we want justice for our work done. all the team members are tensed and
their morale is reducing,coz we had putin so much of efforts behind creating a transformation their
at our village,and when we see no recognition from the ministry side,our morale decreases.
