delivered on day three barring unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure) and provided that

INVOICE: Monthly. & Validity Of The Rates 12 Months from the date of Signing.
PROOF OF DELIVERY: We would like to inform you that the submission of Proof of
Deliveries (Pod’s) with the bills is not a pre-requisite requirement, Therefore, monthly bills
cannot await the Pod’s for clearance of payment. In case of any particular consignment where
the doubt of receipt arises can be specifically dealt on priority.
MODE OF PAYMENT: You will be billed once at the end of every Calendar Month & we
request you to release our payment within 7 days from the receipt of bill. In case of any
complaint regarding non-–delivered consignments, it will be entertained only within 10 days
from date of receipt of our bills. Cheques would be made in favor of
