I am interested in part time position at Ruelo Patisserie due to my current enrollment into Baking
and Pastry Management program at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. I
do not have much experience working in a bakery, however I am very passionate about pastry
and I am able to learn fast and apply my knowledge to my work to achieve a best possible
performance.
I graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts and Design in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I worked in
artistic environment for more than 10 years. Thus, I have strong artistic and creative abilities in
creating redundant intricate designs, with close attention to detail, combining colors in
accordance with color theory and displaying work effectively. Now, as a student in the Baking
and Pastry Management program at Humber, I am looking to leverage my skills in a professional
patisserie.
