 Introduction

The Travel Agency has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce
the hardships faced by the existing system. Online Travel Agency is a software web application
to book multiple types of tour packages online and make payment online and offline. Presently
this website will offer Trip Booking. This Site also Providing the communication between user
and the administration.
This project has two module one is admin module and the client module.
The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It also
provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the
user to use this system.
Thus by this all it proves it is user-friendly.
Moreover this is designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operations in a
smooth and effective manner.

 Abstract

The Purposed of Travel Agency is to automate the existing manual system by the help
of computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements,
so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing
and manipulation of the same.
The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to word with. The
Organisation can maintain computerized records without redundant entries. That means that
one need not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the
information.
The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized
equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their
valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same. Basically the project describes how to manage for good performance
and better services for the clients.

 Objectives

 The main objective of the Project Travel Agency is to manage the details of Customer,
Cabs, Booking, Charges, So each customer can book and explore for particular tour
packages online by sitting at his or her place.
 It manages all the information about Tour packages booking, Payment, Charges.
 The Project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is
guaranteed the access. It tracks the details about the Cabs, Booking, Charges.
 The Purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual
work for managing the Travel Agency, Customer, Payments, Cabs etc.
 Our priority will be our customers and their travel requirements.
 There will be many users visiting the portal and hence we require a strong and reliable
frontend which can withhold the users on our site.
 The date we will be consisting is very important that can help everyone and hence we
need a strong database
 We will build a world class team armed with knowledge and backed by technology to
advise customers in planning of their holidays and to answer their queries.
 Our priority well be our customers and their travel requirements.

 Problem Statement

 The purpose of website is established fact that Internet users are increasing today. One
of the main purposes of the websites is to facilitate the offline customer online because
customers cannot spend their precious time in markers trying to find out the best deal.
 India is a country where in a few days holidays, you can enjoy a lot. The problem is
that we although having many websites but they offer different kind of services.
 The customers are enjoying a lot but there is a lack of relationship between travel
agency and customers and hence we are establishing that relationships by caring and
serving all customers in same manner that we wish to be served.

 Project Plan

The main motive of project plan is it develop as per the flowchart which is define in flowchart.
We need to consider that system should overcome all the flows from existing online travel
agency like systems.
 In the first step, we will select the test factors and rank them. The selected test factors
such as reliability, maintainability, portability or etc, will be placed in the matrix
according to their ranks.
 The Second step is for identifying the phases of the development process. The phase
should be recorded in the matrix.
 The third step is that identifying the business risks of the software deliverables. The
risks will be ranked into three ranks such as high, medium and low.

 System Design

In this phase, a logical system is build which fulfil the given requirements. Design
phase of software development deals with transforming the client’s requirements into a
logically working system. Normally, design is performed in the following two steps:-

Primary Design phase:-

In this phase system design at block level. The blocks are created on the basis of analysis done
in the problem identification phase. Different blocks are created for different functions
emphasis is put on minimising the information flow between blocks.

Secondary Design phase :-

In the secondary phase the detailed design of every block is performed

 We will host the platform on online servers to make it accessible worldwide
 Integrate multiple load balancers to distribute loads of the system
 Create the master and slave database structure to reduce the overload of the database
queries
 Implement the backup mechanism for taking backup of codebase and database on
regular basis on different servers.
 The above mentioned points are the enhancements which can be done to increase the
applicability and usage of this project. Enhancements can be done also maintain all the
Shopping, Product, Internet, Payment, Customer.
 We have left all the options open so that if there is nay other future requirement in the
system by the user of the system then it is possible to implement them. In the last we
